Unfortunately not very much happend through the year. At least not much, what might have been interesting for the website.

In summer, everything mechanical was done by the garage Matter in Neuenhof AG. The return trip from Neuenhof to the next station (body work) in Kirchdorf, confirmed me in my extreme project. The sound of the machine, even during only very very gentle acceleration, the feeling of driving itself, each roundabout and each starting at a crosswalk or traffic light - A feast for the senses ...

Enough said. Here are the latest updates: The van is currently at Erwin Lüthi Carrosserie & Spritzwerk in Kirchdorf AG. Styling will be done there: Wider fenders, closing rear windows, shaded windows and painting.

Since there are no more original fender flares available for this model we use those of a 79'ger used Ford Transit. They are meant for twin wheels, but fit perfectly over the fat wheels. In the photos you see the former police car slowly comes to light and all side windows are gone.

One problem we see now in the sliding door: The fenders are too wide.
