cutting the leatherette

Last Saturday I began to cut the leatherette in the ice cold garage. Such a roll with a width of 1.40m needs space, ALOT of space.
So I enhanced the Binford table with the new bench. Still not enough space for working...

Nevertheless I began to cut the leatherette. I made a cutting plan with OPTIMIK, so first THINK, then study, then mark, think again if it is really correct, then start cutting.

In 3h I cut 4 pieces. Poor balance.
At the next family meetup I told about my space problem, and help came suddenly: My Father has an unused studio in the back of his house, with lots of tables in it.
Those tables were meant to be the landscape of a model railroad. But in the meantime the hobbies have 5.7l Engines: Say good bye Märklin, I need a tailor table now!
