all sidewalls installed
All sidewalls are now installed. Also 2 floors for the future boxes. Now what0s missing is the roof above everything and the frontwall.

furniture construction
With my brother and our grandfather we build a piece of furniture that fits behind the driver's seat. This will be the kitchen cabinet.
First I created a detailed scale model in Google Sketchup to see unforeseen problems in advance. In addition, you can print out all the 3D views with all measurements.
The furniture must now be dressed up inside with felt or something like that and inside is a foam-reference on it, as well as the rest of the furniture. Then the furniture is bolted or fixed to the timber side wall and a sheet metal cross-brace.

- For testing we mill an angle ...
- ... and immediately examined if it works in practice.
- Again, we have always looked at clean angles.
- But the ground was a little uneven, so we sanded everything.
- The shelves should fit 1.5l pet bottles.
- And the product on the shelf will not slide down at every corner ...
- ... so it should have sufficient grip.
- Rail around the corner.
- And finally, even to the door hinges (a knob with a locking system I need to get yet)
- Painted and positioned!
- Well, since I was surprised by grandfather: bottle-holder with "samples".
