The 1st attempt was a big fail. The incompetence of the auditors (yes, plural, the first investigator couldn't even open the door lock without my help) was one reason, but on the way back we also noticed  a couple of things that were broken.

 
The radiator is leaking, so it needs to be replaced... fixing it is much more expensive than buying a new one...
